A blood test for how you move
The MSK Movement Assessment is the diagnostic no other practice can offer. The first fully remote, wearable-free musculoskeletal exam. It turns movement into objective data, gives you a baseline, and at the Pinnacle and Sovereign tiers, re-tracks that data regularly so you can watch your movement measurably improve. It anchors every membership, because it measures what actually matters: not just how you feel, but how you function.
Good to know
Membership is not insurance. The Sovereign Program is a wellness and access membership that complements, and does not replace, your health insurance. Insurance continues to cover medically necessary services such as covered procedures, imaging, and specialist care, subject to your plan.
Membership is never required for medically necessary care. Your membership fee covers enhanced access, physician time, signature diagnostics, and member benefits — not services billed to insurance. You do not need to be a member to receive appropriate medical care at National Pain Centers.
Individual results vary. Descriptions of treatments, diagnostics, and programs are for general information; outcomes differ from person to person, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. Food sensitivity testing is offered as an included wellness benefit. Ketamine infusions and certain regenerative services are elective and typically not covered by insurance.
