This Privacy Policy explains how National Pain Centers(“National Pain Centers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with nationalpain.com and any related pages, forms, or digital services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not Medical Care or Protected Health Information Under HIPAA
The Site is an informational and marketing resource. Using the Site, submitting a contact or appointment-request form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create a physician-patient relationship and does not constitute the delivery of medical care.
Information you provide through general Site features (such as contact forms) is treated as ordinary business information under this Policy and is not “protected health information” governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Protected health information created or received in the course of actual clinical treatment is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls over this Policy where it applies. Please do not submit detailed medical, diagnostic, or treatment information, or any sensitive health details, through general Site forms or email.

Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
United States Users
The Site is operated in the United States and intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
